Grievance Poster

Development and distribution of a Grievance Poster to all providers of End Stage Renal Disease Services. Providers are asked to display this poster in a patient area of their facility such as a waiting room or bulletin board specifically designed for patient education. Renal Network 11 is confident that the majority of consumer concerns can be resolved at the provider level and welcomes this opportunity to inform patients of the process. In addition, this poster introduces Network 11 to consumers and promotes our toll free number.
