Performance Guidelines
Network 11 would ideally like to have its facilities conform to the following performance guidelines:
- 80% of patients having a Hemoglobin greater than 11.
- 80% of patients having a Calcium Phosphorus product ≤ 55.
- 80% of patients having a Calcium between 8.4 and 10.2.
- 80% of patients having an Intact PTH between 150 and 300.
- 80% of patients having a Bio-intact PTH between 75 and 150.
