Provisional Zipcode Data

CMS prescribes that ESRD Network Annual Reports, including the zip code report, be submitted to CMS for review in late June of the following year. Once it is approved by CMS, Networks publish it on–line.

Renal Network 11 recognizes that for certain purposes, data that is more timely may be more important than data that is more accurate. The following spreadsheets reflect zip code information for 2009, as it existed in the Renal Network 11 database on January 14, 2010. This data is subject to change pending the annual reconciliation. Final tables will be published in the Summer of 2010.
